Restoran Fiery Kitchen

For those who like more spicy they can try the assam laksa steamboat.

The soup boiled here has a thick gravy. It has been boiled for many hours mix with certain ingredients. Unlike other steamboat restaurant which is just pouring plain water. Furthermore here they are using charcoal to boil and not gas therefore give the soup based more aromatic and also for those who are health conscious.

Their uniqueness of Fiery Kitchen is the charcoal steamboat.

This is their signature dish which is the fish head steamboat.

The vege is very fresh while the tou-fu is very soft. One of the best tou-fu I have ever tasted.

The ingredients using here for the steamboat here is very fresh which is from Pulau Ketam.
