Sentul Ah Yap Hokkien Mee in Kota Damansara
One of the best hokkien mee in town is Sentul Ah Yap Hokkien Mee (Charcoal Fried Noodles Restaurant) in Kota Damansara PJ (Opposite Of Standard Chartered Bank Kota Damansara).
They use charcoal to fried the hokkien mee. There are not many restaurant using charcoal nowadays since most restaurant will be using gas. Therefore this restaurant is authentic charcoal fried hokkien mee.

We ordered the small plate which cost Rm 5.00 per plate. I strongly recommend the large plate which cost only Rm 10 per plate which is more worth it. They give generous serving of prawns, vegetables and pork to complement the hokkien mee. The taste of hokkien mee fried using charcoal is much tasty compare to using gas.
