Loyal Customers cry fouls over class divide

Existing clients are losing out on first-timer benefits. Company are giving preferential treatment to new customers. Starhub for example, does not inform existing subscribers when their cable TV contracts are up but continue the service. So unsuspectingly clients pay the original rate without the perks of a new deal.

The cost of retaining an existing customer is much lower than acquring a new one. Loyal customers should be rewarded. Company should respect existing customers and inform them of the benefits since without them the company would not be existing today.
