I listed down here two of the Malaysia favourite foods. As you know Malaysia is a multi-racial country and are rich in cultures and heritage. Here is satay which is basically slices of either chicken, fish, mutton, goat and so on barbecued on a charcoal fire. It served together with peanut sauce to make it tastier. Hokkien Mee is noodles fried with black sauce in hokkien (Fujian) style. Normally it serves together with vege and pork. It was brought in to Malaysia by immigrants from Fujian Province in China during the older days in Malaysia and Singapore.
